We are seeking a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Migration/Integration Consultant for a healthcare client moving from Epsilon to Salesforce Marketing Cloud for email marketing services and internal communications. This role would support the hands-on migration and implementation of Salesforce. Subject matter expertise and thought leadership skills are a must. This is a 4-6 month contract.

Responsibilities:
- Support implementation/ migration to Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including requirement review, integration, functional specs, dev, QA, and deployment
- Expected to be aware of technology and industry trends and be willing to quickly learn new technologies in order to develop innovative solutions in response to client-specific business needs.
- Articulate integration design patterns and recommendations to customer, IT teams and also business sponsors.
- Demonstrate technical solutions leadership, impacting significant technical direction, exerting influence outside of the immediate team and driving change
- Create and maintain system-related documentation including integration diagrams, data maps, campaign translations, and configuration worksheets.
- Document and incorporate integration best practices.
- Act as the go-to resource for the team to bounce ideas off of and collaborate with, to solve complex channel challenges
Skills Needed to be successful:
- Minimum 5+ years of professional experience
- 3+ years deep understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions
- Experience migrating email systems to Salesforce (system to system)
- Experience directly managing the creation and execution of campaigns with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Exact Target), including:
- Data migration and/or integration
- Domain setup, branding, IP's, security
- Contacts, lists, and data extensions
- Templates & content (including dynamic content)
- Journeys and triggered messages
- Project management experience
- Salesforce Certification highly desirable (Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Admin)
- Working knowledge of HTML and AMPscript
- An understanding of coding for accessibility standards: W3C and section 508 guidelines
- Familiarity with email and web analytics/reporting tools (Adobe a plus)
- Software application proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including MS PowerPoint, MS Project, MS Excel, MS Word, MS Visio
- 3+ years of experience with technical implementations of customer projects
- Excellent written and verbal and listening skills to fully understand and articulate customer requirements and pain points
- Technical acumen to transform customer requirements into real solutions that work
- Driven by customer success with a team-player attitude
- Bachelor's Degree
- Working knowledge of Epsilon is optimal though not required
